A small, but intrepid group of Rotarians spent an hour or so this morning on the Port Fairy to Warrnambool Rail Trail Bicycle path.

This was to help the Rail Trail committee volunteers plant over 200 trees along the stretch of the trail near Sun Pharma on the Princes Highway.
Although the weather wasn't kind, and there was much wind and rain, the local Rotary Club members provided valuable assistance towards what, part of at least, will become a "Rotary Commemorative Centenial Garden" on the rail trail which will be enhanced by adding a special, commemorative "Centenary Seat" later in September.

Many thanks to all who helped.... at the start the task looked formidable but the old adage that "many hands make light work" kicked in and the main planting was completed in just over one hour.
