The Rotary Club of Port Fairy inducted three new members to the club at its Dinner Meeting held 23rd February 2015.

President, John Clue, conducted the induction ceremonies as Jude Dawson, sponsored by Rotarian, Jim Robinson, Bill Moore, sponsored by Adrian Crosier and Peter Smith, sponsored by John Ellard, were all welcomed into the club.  The meeting was attended by 34 Rotarians, family members and guests.  The induction of the new members lifts the Club's membership to 26.

All three of the new members were accompanied by their spouses who were also presented with partner badges during the ceremony.

President John Clue was confident that all of the new members will make a positive contribution to the Club's operations and to Rotary in general.

Following the formal induction ceremonies, Vice-President, Margaret Broers, who looks after membership as part of her port-folio, expressed her delight at getting such a boost to the membership and hinted that there was potentially two more members in the wings.

Marg Broers then announced to the Rotarians present that, as a consequence of a decision at the last Board meeting, Sue Robinson, wife of Rotarian Jim Robinson, had been awarded the status of "Honorary Member" in recognition of the substantial work she does for the Rotary Club in support of Jim who was often limited in his involvement because of farm commitments - not that Jim doesn't put in a good deal of work on many events!  Sue is ever present as a volunteer at many Club activities such as catering events, Meals on Wheels deliveries and general fundraising activities.

The new members and partners are depicted in the following photos.
