Members of the Rotary Club of Port Fairy were engaged in their usual role at the Port Fairy Show on Saturday 1st November when they again controlled the gates and collected entry fees. This is a regular community event for the Club.
Additionally, on that weekend, the Club conducted Lighthouse Tours on Griffiths Island and also provided a Sausage Sizzle for the "Skate Jam" at the Port Fairy Skate Park.
These three commitments severely stretched our resources but, with the dedication of Club volunteers, and ably aided by our band of volunteers from the affiliated "Friends of Rotary" group, the Club managed to fulfil all three events.
